After 72 years of being declared missing in action, The Algonquin Regiment will hold a burial ceremony for Private Kenneth Donald Duncanson at Adegem Canadian War Cemetery in Belgium on Sept 14, 2016. On Remembrance Day, November 11, 2014, a metal detector hobbyist discovered his remains in a farmer’s field near Molentje, Damme, Belgium. Private Kenneth Donald Duncanson will now be laid to rest with honor and the dignity he deserves.
