All Aboard for the Holiday festivities!
Hey Folks, a quick reminder that that the Canadian Pacific holiday train is pulling into station tomorrow night in the local towns of Kahnawake and Delson..
Free Performances will include Wes Mack who recently toured with Shania Twain (and who does a great rendition of “Uptown Funk” by the way) Montreal-based band Chic Gamine, and Canadian country music artist Kira Isabella.
CP's "Train of Lights" provides a platform to speak about the needs of North American food banks, and they have dedicated millions of dollars towards supporting research and promoting awareness for Heart related Health and initiatives via their CP Has Heart program.
The concerts are always free, but you're encouraged to make a donation to the local food bank -- either by a non-perishable food item or a cash donation. All contributions will stay in your community.
The two brightly lit trains will kick off in the Montreal area on November 27 and 28 on their way to visit approximately 150 communities. The "Canadian Train" travels west across Canada finishing its journey in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia. The "US Train" visits communities across the U.S. Northeast and Midwest, and returns back to Canada for shows in Saskatchewan and Alberta.
