Guy Laliberté to Sell his Share of Cirque du Soleil

Recent media reports state that founder Guy Laliberté is very close to selling the Cirque du Soleil.
The deal likely involves Quebec's public pension fund manager- the Caisse de depot et Placement, US based TPG Capital, in addition to the Shanghai based Fosun investment fund.
Laliberté is said to be selling his 90% of the Cirque for just under $2 billion dollars.
